Sledding

After 25 plus minutes of layering pants, sweatshirts, jackets, snow-pants, gloves, hats, and boots, Emmett and Greta were finally ready to go outside. 10 minutes later, they were done playing in the snow and wanted to go back inside. Oh the attention span of children. I managed to snap some shots of these cuties  in the snow (a feat in itself considering the XXL snow-pants around my ankles, nookie & bottle in one hand, and screaming children telling me to pull them "faster faster faster"). Don't you just want to eat them up?! ;)

This is how WE do it

Big smiles, a smooch for a loved one, and generations of wicked dance moves. Not to mention the ones that couldn't make it in the flesh to our feast participating via skype. This is how WE do it.

Holiday season

Tis the season of corny colored lights, red white and green sprinkles aaaand fireworks over the beach. Everyone's holiday traditions are different and unique in their own way. We celebrate the birth of our Lord with lots of sugar, lutefisk, and a week of vaca in Bonita, FL. My favorite Christmas jingle this year is "Warm and Fuzzy" by Billy Gilman.
